The positions of council secretaries were introduced: in October 2024, five specialists were selected and recruited, training was provided in maintaining an electronic register, and laptops were issued. Together with FHI 360, an Excel register of cases and decisions was introduced, instructions for monthly reporting of the Central Control Commission were developed, and technical conditions for meetings were provided.
An organizational system for supporting consilia has been created: 2,045 documented decisions digitized, with quality monitoring across all regional consilia. Secretaries continue to work independently at the RCPT.
